My fourth A-Z blogging challenge. How did it go?
- I completed the challenge.
- I learned things about the lives of authors.
- I introduced readers to new authors, most of them fairly new to me, as I met them through Crooked Cat Publishing, who are going to publish my novel next month.
- I read and enjoyed posts by other A-Z bloggers.
But, as always, I was constricted by time. Other activities got in the way.
- I didn’t write all the posts in advance.
- I didn’t read enough posts by other bloggers.
- I didn’t comment enough.
Then, like last year, I went away towards the end of the month. I had a wonderful time, but it wasn’t so good for my A-Z Challenge experience. Maybe next year I’ll do better. And maybe not. I have my priorities. I wouldn’t turn down an opportunity to go away for the sake of blogging, important as it is.
More about Norway next time, I hope.

Well done. I know that time is always of the essence. It sounds as if you’ll do it again next year. Good luck – and also with your novel.
Thank you, Vanessa. You, too.
The A to Z blogging challenge is great but enjoying an opportunity away, well, shucks, I’m with you on that 🙂
Especially when it was my first ever cruise 🙂
You did an amazing job when you went away as well! I wouldn’t even contemplate trying to do an A-Z
Thanks, Cat. Although for one who has posted daily for years, it can’t be that daunting.
I’m always impressed by your A-Z challenges! I could never do it myself…. I haven’t read all of them, or commented but have dipped in and out. Looking forward to reading about Norway!
I’m sure you could do it. Just give up your job and offload your son. You’ll be surprised how easy it is 😉
Thanks for coming by my blog Miriam! My husband says the only cruise he wants to do is one just like this. No sunny beaches. He prefers snow and mountains. This year I didn’t get to all the blogs I wanted to either, so have vowed to write all my posts early next year! Good luck!

I have nominated you for the community bloggers award, if you choose to accept here’s the link http://oawritingspoemspaintings.wordpress.com/2014/05/14/nominated-for-the-community-of-bloggers-award/
Have a wonderful weekend!
Congratulations on completing the challenge.
Like you, I struggled to visit as many blogs as I would’ve liked. there are so many on the list that it’s really easy to get overwhelmed by them all. Now I’m getting caught up by reading all the Reflections and then I’ll visit the blogs on the Road Trip. 🙂
